We’re not JUST an event space. Studio One Seven offers 2-hour photo studio rental slots for photographers and videographers looking for an atmosphere with a professional feel.

  • 9' Seamless Paper Backgrounds

  • Equipment

    • Godox 400 AD with 47-inch soft box

    • 2 Neewer 400 strobe with 12 inch soft box

    • 2 60 W constant lights with soft box

    • 1 C stand with Grip arm

  • Free Parking

  • High-Speed Wi-Fi

  • Changing Room

  • Clean, Gender Neutral Bathroom

  • A/C and Heat

Rental Rate: $125 for two hours

Event Space Rental

With a capacity for 40 seated guests (or 55 standing) and a 3-hour minimum for bookings, you can customize this beautiful rental hall to bring your most intimate event dreams to life.

  • 4 - 6' Rectangle Tables

  • 40 Chairs

  • Black Linen

  • LED Lighting

Monday - Thursday - $50/hr

Friday, Saturday & Sunday - $95/hr
