• Up to 3 planning sessions to ensure proper coordination and discuss wedding day
logistics, contracted vendors and expectations
• Final Walk through at venue(s) with contracted vendors
• Oversee and point of contact for contracted vendors and guests
• Contact contracted vendors for delivery, setup and breakdown times and to discuss wedding day
logistics
• Detailed timeline creation of events including contracted vendors for the wedding day
• Conduct wedding rehearsal
• Direct and line up bridal party for the ceremony
• Onsite management for all wedding day logistics from start to finish
• Ensure that all scheduled events start and end on time

• Coordination of stamping, addressing, and mailing save-the-dates and invitations
• Customize inserts for invitations- such as maps/directions and the schedule of the big day
• Schedule hair and make-up appointments
• Schedule dress and/or tux fittings
• Coordinate activities for bridal party
• Schedule engagement photography session
• Assist with the planning of bridal shower
• Assist with the writing and mailing of the thank you notes
• Assist in creating seating chart
• Assist with booking hotels and flights for out-of-town guests
